We hope that you are satisfied with all your purchases. However, if for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you can make a return or free replacement within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

To change size:

  • Send us an email to support@wildtee.it to start the replacement procedure with your data, the number and date of the order, specifying the product and the new size, indicating your availability for pick-up, within fourteen (14) days from the moment the package was delivered at your delivery address.
  • Items must be supplied with the label / tag included and attached, must not have been used, worn or damaged.
  • We will send you the new product and the envelope with the return label on.
  • Put back the item in the envelope we sent you, you can deliver it to the courier who brings you the new size, otherwise wait for the courier to collect it the day after the delivery of the new product.
  • For items on sale (discounted price on the site) we cannot cover the double cost of replacement transport. Send us the item you want to replace within 14 days at your expense (has to be a tracked shipping method) and we'll send you the new requested size for free, once we receive and inspect your exchanged size.

To return a product:

  • Send us an email to support@wildtee.it to start the return procedure with your data, the number and the date of the order, specifying the product you want to return within fourteen (14) days from the moment the package was delivered at your delivery address.
  • Items must be supplied with the label / tag included and attached, must not have been used, worn or damaged.
  • We provide two methods to return your items back to us, please indicate the one you prefer when opening your return request:

    1. Our Courier: we will send you an e-mail with the return label, which you will need to print. You will need to pack the items in their original box (or any rigid carton box), stick the shipping label on the box and wait for the courier. Send it to us within fourteen (14) days). Please indicate your availability (date and time) for pick-up. We will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

    2. Your Courier: you will take care of shipping your items back to us, picking the courier and shipping service you prefer - we ask that you use a trackable shipping service, otherwise we won't process your return request. Send it to us within fourteen (14) days). Below is our shipping address for returns:

  • If the returning item does not get to us at all (e.g. lost package) we won't be able to issue a refund. We also won't issue refunds if the conditions of the returning item aren't acceptable upon inspection.
  • PLEASE, BEWARE: Regardless of your preferred method to return your order, the initial transport cost will also be deducted from the refund, even if you were eligible for free shipping.
  • Wild Tee will process the return and will refund you as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting the package.
