All orders are managed and shipped from our warehouse based in Italy. For non EU (European Union) Countries Wild Tee is not liable for any other costs.
Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. We will not be responsible for any additional costs, they will have to be paid by the receiver upon delivery.
In case of failure to collect the package or refusal of the delivery from the recipient, shipping costs, duties, taxes and return fee will be deducted from the refund.
You can return or exchange a product within 14 days from delivery,
